Meet the Team

Jonathan, or JD as we know him, founded LFG Media Group with the goal of helping businesses navigate the digital landscape and acquire high quality leads for their businesses. With a background in digital marketing as well as building call centers, Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.

JD pilots our paid campaigns, works with clients to fine tune their lead handling capabilities, and ensures the process is streamlined from lead creation to lead conversion. With years of experience working in the paid ads world and the call center world, he has a deep understanding of what it takes to maximize all opportunities brought to your sales team.

A veteran corporate executive in the shipping and logistics industry, Richard Gerhardt’s experience provides a wealth of successful business acumen to complement LFG Media Group. He is currently a member of the board of directors for Smith Midland Corporation (NASDQ: SMID) and is serving his second term as a Fauquier County Virginia Supervisor for the Cedar Run Magisterial District. Richard has served on the boards of PATH Foundation and the Virginia Gold Cup Association.

From 2003-2014, he held an escalating succession of positions for three global shipping and logistic companies: DHL Global Mail, ESI Global Logistic and MSI Worldwide, including eight years as President/COO of MSI Worldwide. His leadership of MSI Worldwide culminated in the successful sale of the company to Belgian Post. Richard holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland.

After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Transportation & Logistics from the University of North Florida, Jason began his career with an asset-based logistics company, working in various Operations roles. Following these roles, he pursued and completed his MBA at the University of South Florida. Jason’s subsequent experience in Manufacturing and Consulting laid the foundation for his transition into Marketing, where he continues to apply his diverse skill set.

Miranda is a Digital Marketing enthusiast and leader at heart, with a strong passion for bringing communities together online and sharing knowledge. Born and raised in South Florida, Miranda thrives on customer service and satisfaction, and that is why she found her calling in Digital Marketing – working with people is what she loves most. In her free time, she enjoys baking, tinkering around the house, and spending quality moments with her kids and family. Whether it’s at Disney World or cheering for her favorite football team, she is always up for new adventures. Let’s connect and share experiences.
